Over 7 Years of Experience in Social Media
Before taking on any project, I always make sure I know what I’m getting myself into. In 2019, I got certified in completing social media audits through Hootsuite and started to develop social media strategies for the four college brands that Campus Support owns in its portfolio.
Within two years, I have increased follower count by over 400% across all platforms and brands, and the graph above shows how organic impressions for the all brands have increased over the last five years under my care.

Consistency and Creative Engagement
I strategically led my team to follow these tactics to achieve the ROI I was looking for. I manage a content calendar that syncs up with the college academic calendar, got the team to post on the same day every single week, and conducted creative social media contests to increase audience engagement.
Each post had a purpose that aligned with overall organizational goals – whether if that is to educate people on what the college stands for, or who the people at the colleges were. The main idea was to sell to the audience that each college was the best place to be.
Brand Journalism Approach
Audiences care more about stories than they do about what a brand promises them. I have successfully conducted over 200 interviews over the past 3 years and have countless blog posts, social media captions, and YouTube videos to show for it.
To name a few of my most successful campaigns using these stories:
- In 2021, I led my team to conduct 10 interviews with students and staff on the topic of how they manage their mental health while in college for the month of May. The stories and posts helped the channel to double it’s KPI’s when compared to the May in the previous year.
- During the pandemic, I created short social media posts series on our Art and Design graduates. The Regional VP of Admissions for one of the colleges said that those stories helped the admissions team enrol many many students.
- I personally ran the social media ambassador program for over 40 campuses. To build the culture of collaboration and co-creation, I have also generated shared internal organizational stories that help ambassadors feel that they are part of something bigger. At the peak of the program, I was generating over 35 videos and 1,000 photos every month from our ambassadors.
